The 4.1.51+1+3 coiling cage consists of a separate wire coiling frame with a diameter of Φ 1250, a coiling frame with a bow wire with a diameter of Φ 1250, and a three coiling cage with a diameter of Φ 1250.
4.1.6 The Φ 1250 individual wire reel frame is a cradle style front and rear double support structure. The wire cores on the wire reel are threaded through the bow plate and the twisted spindle, and the threading tubes are distributed inside the spindle. By using a manual clutch, it can rotate synchronously with the Φ 1250 three disc twisted body, or be fixed in place to achieve untwisting and twisting of circular wires, untwisting and twisting of fan-shaped wires, and parking operation.
4.1.7 The Φ 1250 cable tray with bow is a cradle style front and rear double support structure. The gear train mechanism realizes the operation of untwisting and twisting circular wires, non untwisting and twisting fan-shaped wires, and parking.
