Structural form:
The whole machine consists of two ground beams with walking rollers, two columns, a sleeve type telescopic crossbeam, a wire bracket, and an electrical control box.
The two spindle tips on the column are shaftless loading and unloading reels. The tips are driven by two 1.5kw AC motors through a cycloidal pinwheel reducer to drive the screw nut for lifting and lowering. Each tip seat can be lifted and lowered separately or simultaneously, and is equipped with mechanical and electrical dual protection devices. In order to meet the needs of different specifications of reels, different specifications of tips are equipped.
The sleeve type bottom beam is driven horizontally by an XLY2-35-1.1kw pendulum motor, which is driven by a sprocket and friction clutch through a screw nut for clamping and loosening the wire reel. It is equipped with an overload protection device.
The wire winding adopts an AC servo motor, which is driven by a spiral bevel gear reducer to drive the spindle and rotate the wire reel. It is equipped with a Huichuan AC variable frequency speed controller to control the wire winding motor.
The pitch of the cable is set by a time relay, and the size of the pitch can be set at any time according to the production process. The cable speed automatically tracks the winding speed.
The whole machine is equipped with speed, tension, and wire pitch adjustment potentiometers, winding forward and reverse jog buttons, tension and wire pitch display, and winding tension is controlled by constant torque or speed.
